Sheila K. Wittman, 62, passed away suddenly on January 1, 2025.
She was born July 23, 1962, daughter of the late Sharon E. Coriale and Salvatore W. Coriale. She attended Whitesboro Schools graduating in 1980.

Sheila was employed at Oneida Lewis ARC and retired early because of ill health.

Her personality lit up a room and was infectious along with her laughter. She was loved by all and had many loving friends and family.

Her sons Aaron and Brandon are the light of her life. She advocated her whole life for them, making sure they had a good life.

Sheila was active in Civic Organizations and was an advocate for people with developmental disabilities.

She enjoyed going to Sylvan Beach and loved sitting by the water and watching the sunsets. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved her companions, her beloved cats, Callie, Sophia, Mombo and Harley.

She also enjoyed going to concerts, going for long drives and enjoyed going to the Adirondacks. Her love for cooking and baking was something that she enjoyed. Sheila was known for her holiday baking skills and made hundreds of Christmas cookies for family and friends. Always using Grandmas Kris crinkle recipe and frosted butter cookies cut outs. Everyone knew she was famous for her cookies.

Her passion and zest for life was felt through out her lifetime. As we remember her and our memories together she will be deeply missed by all but mostly because she loved us all. Rest In Peace our sweet Sheila ♥️. We will miss you so very much, but we know you are at peace with the Lord.

Sheila is survived by her twin sons, Aaron Snyder and Brandon Snyder, and there father Scott Snyder; her sisters Shelly Betrus and husband Michael, Kim Coriale, her brother Salvatore W. Coriale, Jr. and her half sister Leslie Slocum, her half brother Edward Horton and wife Beverly; her step-son Scottie Snyder and step-daughter Amanda Snyder and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephwes and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Howard Wittman, her sister Jill Coriale, and her half-brother Craig Wittman.

There are no calling hours, and the family will honor Sheila’s life privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
