Sandra Regina Jetter, née Koons, 78, of Utica, NY died February 19, 2025, at the Oneida Health Extended Care Facility following a three month illness.

She then attended the State University of New York at Oswego, graduating in 1968. She married Arlington Pennock Jetter on September 14, 1968, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Utica, NY.

Sandy was a long time member of the Moravian Church of the Good Shepherd. She participated in many church activities including teaching Sunday School. She loved gardening, playing Mah Jong and spending time in nature. One of Sandy’s greatest pleasures was enjoying time with family and friends at the beach and in the mountains.

In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her husband Arlington Pennock Jetter, brothers-in-law Philip Jetter, Richard Mallery, and Keith Hundley; as well as sisters-in-law Michele Jetter and Elizabeth Koons.
The family would like to offer their gratitude to the staff of Strong Memorial Hospital and Oneida Health Extended Care Facility for the wonderful care Sandy received while there.
