My husband and I offer our heartfelt condolences to all of Richards family and friends. He will be missed dearly by so many of us in the neighborhood who had the privilege of getting to know him and chatting with him as he would make his daily loops around the block with his faithful furbaby. I find comfort in knowing that "it is not the loss of Richard we will never get over but the LIFE of him and that is a wonderful thing". Our prayers are with you! Cheryl and Joe Peters

My sincere deepest sympathy to Dick's family. I grew up attending Westminster and knew him well. I now reside in Florida winters and summers in Old Forge but attend services at WMO and always looked forward to see Dick upon my return to Utica. He was a great asset to WMO and will be deeply missed by all.

My prayers are with you.

I was in high school with Dick. He was always friendly and a good classmate. I am sure he will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.

What can I say about Skinny... So many stories I remember alot of fun to be around. He was so loved at special metal they even made a shirt with a cartoon version of him on it. He taught me inspection when worked with him. We would go out to Stewart's for lunch and buy lottery tickets. Skinny would always buy this older man lunch who was clearly down on his luck. That's just who Skinny was he always helped people. I can say for for sure I'm going to miss him. He was was one of a kind I know he rubbed off on me. I'm just glad I got to be friends with him.
