I am very saddened to hear of Phil's passing, prayers and condolences to his family. I went to school with Phil and also worked at HMI the whole time Phil was there, he never had a bad thing to say about anyone, he was a great guy. He will be missed. RIP Phil.

We met Phil (and Cindy) through the Clinton Youth Hockey program and Phil was always a great fellow parent of a player and a real gentlemen. We are so very sorry to hear of his passing.

Cindi, I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing, my brother Bob Frair, Ken Snow and Steve Orsino were a very good friend of Phil and myself and my brother Bob spent many good times with Phil and his brother Bob. Whenever I spent time with Cindi and Phil was special. My cousin Cindi is just about the sweetest person you could ever know and Phil reflected the same joy and kindness. I feel very blessed to have known Phil. He will surely be very missed. Huge hugs to Cindi as she navigates her life with Phil, by her side, in a different way. Constant prayers for all those who love him.

Phil was a great guy. He raised a great family and had many great friends. I am surprised and saddened to hear of his passing and will miss him. I wish his family all the best and hope they find solace during this difficult time. Sending love.

I am unbelievably shocked and saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Very few people in our lives leave us with only good memories, but Phil sure did. I'll honor his wishes and crack that Molsen open in his memory. Accept my sincerest sympathies.
