Linda S. Adams, 71, of Utica, passed away November 7, 2024, on her birthday, with her family at her side.

The daughter of Douglas and Theresa Farley, she grew up in Clinton. She attended Clinton High School and graduated. She later worked at Hamilton Inn, Lincoln Laundry, Disney, and Security Bus company. She then worked for Hemstrought Bakery for many years.

Linday had a sense of humor, always cracking jokes with her brother Don. She used to enjoy bowling, camping, and taking rides to Old Forge to watch the deer. She loved animals and had two cats and used to feed all the strays. She did not like it when anyone or any animal was hungry. She was a great cook. She kept in touch with her family and was a caring person, who was fun to be around.

She married Carl Adams who pre-deceased her. She is survived by her children, Robert Bartle of Utica, Samantha Adams of Utica; three grandchildren Jakob Reams, Jonathyn Reams and Ive Bartle-Hook; her brother and sister-in-law Donald and Linda Farley of Mount Morris, her sister and brother-in-law Lois and James Constantine of Clark Mills, her brother David Farley of Clark Mills, a sister-in-law Ann Farley of Florida. She was predeceased by her parents Douglas and Theresa Farley, her daughter Carla Adams, brother Douglas Farley, Sister Lorraine Farley, and a sister-in-law Dixie Barone. She has many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She will be deeply missed and never forgotten. We are going to miss her phone calls.

We love you. Rest in peace. You will always be with us.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court @ York Sts., Utica.
