He was born on April 14, 1973 in Manhattan, New York to Julio Ruiz, Sr. and the late Maria Acosta. Julio married Keila Ruiz on March 5, 2015 in Utica.
He cherished the time he was able to spend with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Keila Ruiz, his children Jay, Javis Sareena and Jayleena Ruiz and his father, Julio Ruiz, Sr.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 22 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 13 Oxford Rd., New Hartford.
