He was born to the late Robert R. and Janet P. Ruhm in Utica, NY on Oct 5, 1956. He is survived by his sister, Alison Ruhm Jones and her two daughters, a nephew, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother, Robert R. Ruhm III.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 13 Oxford Rd., New Hartford.
