Condolences

She lived a wonderful and memorable life. We will all miss her.

Dr. Jahangir:

My condolences to you and to all of Manek's friends who loved her so much. I was a Social Worker at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center so I got to know her well. Like all of us at MVPC I too loved this woman. She was so kind, understanding, and compassionate to all - patients and staff. She was a 'walking tranquilizer,' such was the effect she had on others.

Her obituary truly summed up her life and her dedication to the welfare of others, especially the less fortunate.

I remember, at what I believe to be her retirement party, I gave a brief talk. Manek loved the boxer dog breed and I presented her with 2 Boxer dogs, not real ones but two Sandicast Boxers. Afterward she remarked to me that she thought I was going to give them two real Boxers and if so, she would have wrung my neck or something to that effect.

May Manek rest in eternal peace. Her 'journey' on this eath is over and she is called Home. I do not mourn her passing, rather I celebrate that she was here.

What a beautiful life truly lived in service to all. I have such fond memories of a loving, generous, strong and kind hearted woman. You are a beautiful soul Maneck aunty and may you rest in Eternal Peace as you return to the Light.

What an amazing person we had in Maneck, a person who represented the best of humanity.
My late wife Rekha and I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with both Meneck and Jehangir and always left with a smile on our faces
