Obituary

Alexander R. Sill, age 26, of Utica, NY, passed away at the Wynn Hospital on January 11, 2025. 

He was born in New Hartford, NY, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Son of Darlene Hinkley and Scot Sill. 

Alex is survived by his mother Darlene Hinkley; his father Scot Sill; and siblings Brittany Mercado, Brandon Ray, Andrew Hedges, Nikita Sill, Wendy Sill, and Zoey Sill; his best friend Cassidy Sanchez; 6 nephews and 1 niece; as well as many other close family and friends. 

He was predeceased by all his grandparents and numerous other loved ones. 

A calling hour will be held on January 17, 2025, from 2:00PM-3:00PM at Friedel, Williams and Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court St., Utica. A funeral service will follow calling hours at 3:00PM.
