Our hearts go out to all who mourn the passing of this wonderful friend who was one of my fellow singer at the Utica Maennerchor for almost 50 years.
He diligently took care of our music-archives and organized the music in our folders for all rehearsals and concerts. His collection of taped records of our concerts and those of other societies in our New York State Saengerbund were legendary. He was always assisting someway whenever help was needed with the Bavarian Festival and other projects. He earned a well-deserved Honorary Life Membership of the Utica Maennerchor.
We are going to miss you, "Ricky", may you rest in peace and "Auf Wiedersehen".
