Condolences

Kim, Paul and I are so saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing away today. We would have attended his funeral if we had known. He was truly an amazing person and it was an honor and to have known him. As I pass by their house ((on Rt 8) frequently so I have prayed for them and thought of them frequently. It must be so hard to have lost both of them. Hello. My name is Linda Engert. I had the pleasure of being taught by your dad from 1983-1985 at HCCC. I also worked with him as an adjunct for one semester and served on the OT board with him at the college. He was kind, intelligent, funny, compassionate and a caring person. He was a mentor and was one of the reasons I pursued and continued on in the field of Occupational Therapy. It is now 39 years later. So hard to believe. I have enjoyed my career immensely and I can say with confidence that your dad had a strong influence on that. I am so truly sorry for your loss. May you find comfort knowing he was an amazing man and influenced so many. May God bless you and your family.
